Simple, Transparent Pricing

Our predominantly ‘Payment-by-Results’ pricing framework for Patient Recruitment has evolved over time through the successful delivery of many successful studies.

This allows you to significantly de-risk study delivery and is a key reason why our client retention rate is over 95%.

Recruitment Feasibility

Rushed Feasibility based on subjective on inconsistent data only has one result: study managers with unrealistic recruitment targets. (We know, because they often come to us for help!)

Our Recruitment Feasibility is priced dependent on the number of sites at which EHR searches are required and, as a gesture of goodwill, we offset 50% of this against the cost of the Patient Recruitment if you continue to that stage.

Patient Recruitment

Our Patient Recruitment pricing model is very simple:

You pay a low Patient Access Fee* for every protocol-aligned patient we contact, and a Randomisation Bonus for every patient that is randomised onto the study.

The level at which these payments are set is dependent on the complexity of your study.

* Patient Access Fee includes: NHS ethics advice & support; staff training & technical setup; clinical coding & EHR queries; outbound patient calls; print & postage; site incentive payments & administration; full project management.

Additional Elements

Call Screening

If you also want to outsource your Call Screening then we simply charge a small fee for every patient we contact and a low Screening Referral Fee for every patient that presents at your site.

The level at which these payments are set is dependent on the complexity of your study.

Onsite Support

For more challenging studies that require patient communications to be followed up directly, Data Protection legislation demands that we do so whilst on-site at the relevant Healthcare Facility.

This support is priced on a day-rate basis as required.

Social Media Support

These days engaging the same patients through social media is not difficult, but the specific challenges and benefits of doing so for different types of studies can vary a lot.
